RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused,

unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom-mixed or tinted paint

- Filled or used aerosol cans

- Special-order items

- Clearance or discounted items

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us

within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email info@cbspaintpanel.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address.

3. Items must be returned via trackable courier at the customer's cost

   (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

 

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or EFT).
